Correlation between auxotrophy and plasmid alteration in mutant strains of Pseudomonas cepacia.

W Beckman, T Gaffney, T G Lessie.

Abstract

We describe here a class of mutants of Pseudomonas cepacia strain 249 in which different types of auxotrophy are associated with alterations in the 100-megadalton plasmid present in this strain.
