Abstract
An ELISA assay for the detection of human T cell leukemia-lymphoma virus antibodies in human sera has been developed that has considerable advantages over previous techniques and equals the sensitivity of radioimmunoassay. Tests of normal and antibody-positive sera from leukemia patients indicate that this method should prove useful in the seroepidemiologic research for human T cell leukemia-lymphoma virus in the human population for probing the mode of its transmission and its clinical association with various T cell malignancies.Entities:
