Pachymeningitis cervicalis hypertrophica syphilitica.

Abstract

A rare form of neurosyphilis with hypertrophic cervical pachymeningitis is presented. It is concluded that serological tests for syphilis are still indicated in patients with unexplained neurological or psychiatric symptoms.
