Motility patterns in mouse spermatozoa before and after capacitation.

L R Fraser.

Abstract

The motility patterns of mouse spermatozoa before and after capacitation are described. The latter is very characteristic, with spermatozoa describing a figure-8 pattern while remaining relatively stationary within a 3-dimensional space.
