Immunochemical assay for information in cytoplasmic polysomes.

Abstract

Only very small amounts of informatin could be detected in cytoplasmic polysomes with the aid of antiinformatin antibodies. This low amount of informatin cannot represent a structural component of polysomes or polysomal mRNP.
