Abstract

Myxomas are rare mesenchymal tumors appear everywhere in the body, but occur very seldom in orbital or subconjunctival regions. Clinical and histopathological demonstration of two cases of epibulbar myxoma and discussion of possible pathogenetic mechanisms.
