Abstract
Conjunctival myxoma is a rare and benign tumour without tendency for recurrence. Here, we present the histological features and the clinical course of two cases. Removal of each tumour was followed by histopathological examination including immunohistochemistry as well as electron microscopy. Besides the expected findings characteristic of conjunctival myxoma some features reflecting the possible aetiology of this entity are shown.Entities:
