Immunochemical identification of a defined antigen of Mycobacterium leprae.

S Estrada-Parra.

Abstract

An extract from purified Mycobacterium leprae precipitated with sera from patients with tuberculosis, mycetoma, and leprosy and gave a band of identity with polysaccharide I from Nocardia and Mycobacteria.
