Abstract
Two cases of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk with unusually prolonged post-childhood survival are presented. In both cases, death was associated with physical exertion. The pathological findings included enlarged right coronary ostium, myocardial hypertrophy, endocardial fibrosis, and focal myocardial scarring.Entities:
