Abstract
Acute ischaemia of the hand following the elevation of a radial forearm flap despite a satisfactory preoperative Allen's test is reported. Circulation to the hand was restored by a vein graft. The importance of ensuring that peripheral circulation is adequate after raising such a flap is stressed.Entities:
