Abstract
This is a report about a 61 year old male suffering from IgG-Kappa plasmocytoma. 12 months after the initial diagnosis, he developed an intrathoracal plasma cell tumour, primarily affecting the pleura. One year later obstructive jaundice was caused by a mass of the head of the pancreas, diagnosed by ultrasound. Percutaneous fine needle aspiration biopsy revealed homogeneous plasma cell infiltration of the gland.Entities:
