Abstract
A female infant who presented with cyanosis and tachypnoea was found to have transposition of the great arteries, a ductus arteriosus, and a ventricular septal defect. An aortogram showed evidence of mild pulmonary regurgitation, which persisted after a Senning's operation; this is a hitherto unrecognised clinical finding.Entities:
