Abstract
A perfusion mixture composed of glutaraldehyde and allyl-alcohol at pH 12 is compatible for the fixation and immunocytochemical detection of noradrenaline, dopamine, serotonin and acetylcholine in the same rodent central nervous system. A technical description of this procedure is provided to facilitate the replication of this immunocytochemical approach with these antibodies.Entities:
