Abstract
In the rare group of atypical adenocarcinomas of the prostate gland, endometrial carcinoma arising from the prostatic utricle can be perplexing to diagnose because of its histologic similarity with other ductal carcinomas and frequent simultaneous admixture of microacinar adenocarcinomas. Two cases of endometrial carcinoma of the prostate are detailed, and the therapeutic implications of such histologic diagnosis are reviewed.Entities:
