Abstract
Background: Individuals who present with STEMI without the standard cardiovascular risk factors (SMuRFs) of diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, and smoking, coined SMuRF-less are not uncommon. Little is known about their outcomes as a cohort and how they differ by race. Methods &Entities:
