Abstract
BACKGROUND: Food safety and hygiene has emerged as the foremost cause of concern in recent time, especially post-pandemic and has changed the eating out behaviour of the consumers. Consumers often consider food safety and hygiene as one of the most prominent factors and hence it is important for food handlers to have adequate knowledge and the right attitude towards food safety and food hygiene. The review will summarise the evidence on food handlers' behaviours towards food safety and hygiene and associated factors that inhibit positive behaviour towards following food safety protocols and standards.Entities:
