Abstract
Introduction: diarrhoea is the second leading cause of morbidity and mortality in young children. The aim was to assess maternal knowledge, hygienic practices and home management (HM) of diarrhoea with oral rehyrdation therapy (ORT) and oral zinc in children aged 6-23 months in western Nigeria.
