Abstract
In a 24-hour period, three patients presented with acute aortic dissection involving the ascending aorta. Detailed analysis of these three patients was undertaken to compare preoperative factors, the emergency operative treatment, and postoperative outcomes, as well as pathological findings. A high-volume aortic referral center with specialized protocols and personnel can effectively manage this circumstance.Entities:
