COVID-19, coronavirus disease 2019; MetS, metabolic syndrome; triglyceride; HDL-c, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol; FPG, fasting plasma glucose.
Central obesity was defined as waist circumference (WC)≥ 85 cm in men or ≥80 cm in women. High blood pressure: systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥130 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure (DBP) ≥85 mmHg, or use of antihypertensive drugs. High TG: TG level ≥150 mg/dl. Low HDL-c: HDL-C <40 mg/dL in men or HDL-C <50 mg/dL in women. High FPG: FPG ≥100 mg/dL or use of antidiabetic agents.
2019–2018: abnormal rate change from 2018 to 2019.
2020–2019: abnormal rate change from 2019 to 2020.
P1: P-value of the comparison between 2018 and 2019.
P2: P-value of the comparison between 2019 and 2020.
