What was it like working during COVID‐19? Did you know about the compassion‐focussed staff support programme at [location] before taking part? If so, what was your impression? What prompted you to access psychological staff support in the first place? What was it like for you to do the staff well‐being intervention with [staff member] and [staff member]? Sometimes in psychology we learn new ways of dealing with situations. What were the main skills that you learned during this group/talking to [staff member] one‐to‐one; this could be personal or professional examples? Which parts of the model in particular did you dislike/like? Did you notice any changes to how you experienced compassion during or after the intervention? If so, what were they? Were there any long‐ or short‐term changes for you? Do you notice any changes in how your peers or supervisors relate to you since the intervention? Do you have a similar or different experience to that? |
