To the Editor, Thanks for the opportunity to reply to the comments of Sookaromdee and Wiwanitkit on our manuscript. In this correspondence, the colleagues point out that prevaccination information on vaccine recipients' health and immunological status is crucial and that coinfections may occur upon vaccine inoculation and be misinterpreted as side effects.  Therefore, a virology profile should be performed in selected cases. Unfortunately, these data were not collected in our manuscript. A prospective registry evaluating immunological status before and after vaccination, enrolling patients with the inherited cardiological disease, is needed to better focus on this important point. Careful knowledge of potential complications after vaccination may be useful for the proper management of these patients.
