Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Pancreato-duodenal resections are commonly done for periampullary carcinomas. The outcome of the procedure is decided by pancreato-enterostomy. Pancreato-jejunostomy (PJ) has been employed largely as pancreato-enterostomy. Recently, there has been a renewed interest in pancreato-gastrostomy (PG).
