Abstract
We present a case of stage IV uterine leiomyosarcoma that was treated with total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, and extensive resection of a 14 kg abdominal mass, as well as complete eradication of accompanying symptoms. This case may prompt researchers to look for other surgical solutions to similar issues.Entities:
