Abstract
Low-grade oncocytic tumor (LOT) of kidney is a newly emerging provisional renal tumor entity that carries good prognosis. Here we present a case of low grade oncocytic tumor of kidney in a 68-year-old male with detailed immunohistochemical and ultrastructural description, to add to the existing knowledge about this entity. The importance of documenting low-grade oncocytoma in the literature is its indolent clinical behavior, characteristics gross and microscopic, and immunohistochemical features. The diagnosis of low-grade oncocytoma can be suspected on morphological ground but should be confirmed by immunohistochemistry.Entities:
