Abstract
Far migrated IUCD (Intrauterine Contraceptive Device) is an uncommon condition that has different manifestations depending upon its location. We present the case of a 22-year-old primipara who had a spontaneous abortion after IUCD placement and suffered chronic right lower abdominal pain thereafter. Diagnostic laparoscopy revealed Cu-IUCD in the right iliac fossa.Entities:
