Abstract
Background: Major depressive disorder is a frequent mental illness, which is common in patients with type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes comorbid with depression has a worse prognosis. There are multiple risk factors for depression, and genetic studies have shown that gene polymorphism may play an important role in the pathogenesis of depression.Entities:
