Abstract
Sterile gloves are essential for plastic surgery, but little research has been published on glove fit. Sterile gloves are produced by all manufacturers, with finger lengths fixed for all sizes. Many wearers have fingers that are shorter or longer than usual, causing functional limitations due to incorrect glove finger length and fingertip fit.Entities:

Fig. 1.Satisfaction with glove finger lengths.
Fig. 2.Reasons why not satisfied with finger length of usual gloves, for those not fully satisfied: A: Finger length too long, B: Fingertips floppy, get in the way, C: Finger length too short, D: Uncomfortable because ends too tight, E: Glove fingers need pulling up, F: Glove fingers need stretching out, G: Glove fingertips lack proper sensitivity, H: Glove fingertips are slippery, I: Glove fingers tear too easily, J: Too frequent glove changes needed, K: Other reasons.
Fig. 3.How likely respondents would be to use gloves with shorter or longer finger length than usual, if available.
Fig. 4.How much extra respondents would pay for gloves with shorter or longer than usual finger length.
