Background: The pharmacokinetics of vancomycin in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is an important basis for evaluating the bactericidal effect. The accuracy of using serum vancomycin concentrations only to estimate the CSF concentrations remains controversial, may lead to underdosing.Entities:
