Abstract
Chondrosarcomas comprise a heterogeneous group of malignant lesions characterized by production of cartilage matrix. Sinonasal involvement is extremely rare, with nasal congestion and obstruction being the leading symptoms. We present a rare case of large chondrosarcoma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, primarily presenting with ocular symptoms.Entities:
