The tumor sites were divided into three categories: a) pharynx including nasopharyngeal cancer, oropharyngeal carcinoma, hypopharyngeal carcinoma and laryngeal cancer; b) oral cavity including oral cancer and salivary gland carcinoma; and c) all the others.
