Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Early-onset scoliosis (EOS) is a well-known orthopaedic manifestation in patients with myelomeningocele. The rib-based growing system (RBGS) has been proposed as an alternative for these individuals because of the poor outcomes with traditional surgical techniques.
