Abstract
Gene therapy provides new options for medicine, and implies new responsibilities for making decisions relating to the limitations which reason and morality impose upon manipulation of the human genome for the benefit both of patients and of society. This contribution outlines the possibilities and limits of gene therapy in man from a medico-technical viewpoint.Entities:
