Abstract
Background: Stanford type A aortic dissection (TAAD) is one of the most life-threatening cardiovascular emergencies with high mortality and morbidity, and necroptosis is a newly identified type of programmed cell death and contributes to the pathogenesis of various cardiovascular diseases. However, the role of necroptosis in TAAD has not been elucidated. This study was aimed at determining the role of necroptosis in TAAD using bioinformatics analyses.Entities:

Figure 6Transcription factor–necroptosis-related differentially expressed genes (NRDEGs) regulatory network in Stanford type A aortic dissection. The size of the dots reflects the degree, the red dots represent NRDEGs, and the blue dots represent transcription factors. The color of the edge lines in this network represents the correlation: bright red lines indicate a positive correlation, while light green lines indicate a negative correlation.
