Background: Postoperative seroma is the most common donor site complication following anterolateral thigh (ALT) free flap harvest for head and neck reconstruction. The utility of novel microporous polysaccharide hemospheres (MPH) has not been studied as a hemostatic agent in this setting.Entities:
