Abstract
BACKGROUND: Interpersonal conflicts occur in any kind of social relation, including the field of sports. Proper emotional management can improve athletes' well-being, coexistence, and performance. This study presents the initial results of the gamified emotional education program Happy Sport in a sample of athletes in the field of non-formal education.Entities:
