For example, when age changes from its lower quartile to the upper quartile (57y to 69.5y), the HR decreases (HR 0.88, 95%CI:0.72 to 1.06) Other HRs are: BMI (1.09, 95%CI; 0.93 to 1.27), PaO2/FiO2 ratio (1.05, 95%CI: 0.89 to 1.24), Comorbidity (1.23, 95%CI: 0.88 to 1.72).
