Abstract
OBJECTIVES: Pulmonary atresia (PA) with ventricular septal defect (VSD) and systemic-pulmonary collateral arteries (SPCAs) presents with variable anatomy with regard to the pulmonary vasculature, requiring personalized surgical treatment.
