| Inclusion criteria | • Organisation providing specialist palliative care services. • Respondent to CovPall survey, with agreement for further contact. • Restricted to English Hospice organisation respondents due to constraints of research approvals. |

| • Whether adult and/or paediatric services were provided | |
| • Experience of providing care to those with COVID-19 | |

| Inclusion criteria | • Working or volunteering within the chosen case and able to provide rich data on the experience of care provision during COVID-19 (e.g. senior managers, clinical managers, direct healthcare staff). • Aged 18+ years |
