Education: Percentage of people aged 25–64 who had a degree of university or higher at a DA level. All variables were in one multivariable logistic regression model to calculate adjusted ORs. Interaction between median household income and race on CHD was 0.06. Interaction between education and race on CHD was 0.72. There were 86 152 missing values for obesity.
