Abstract
BACKGROUND: Frail patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) face a higher risk of adverse outcomes, but there is no clear consensus on which frailty measures are most suitable for COPD patients. Herein we evaluated the ability of frailty measurements in predicting 1-year acute exacerbation, hospitalization, and mortality in older patients with COPD.Entities:

Data presented are the estimated incidence rate ratios and 95% confidence intervals of the explanatory variables (1-year acute exacerbation and all-cause hospitalization) and hazard ratios and 95% confidence intervals of the explanatory variables (all-cause mortality). IRR and HR were both adjusted for age, sex, CCI, medication, GOLD severity, moderate-to-severe exacerbation history, and CAT
