Abstract
BACKGROUND: Numerous studies indicate that Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) colonizing the nasal cavity plays a role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis (AR). This bacterium is able to produce a variety of toxins with superantigenic properties that can exacerbate allergic inflammation.Entities:
