Abstract
During 1982 and 1983 we performed aorta-coronary bypass grafts on eight patients using 4 mm polytetrafluoroethylene conduits and predominantly the multiple sequential graft technique. Angiography was performed 1 week postoperatively and seven of eight patients had patent grafts and were angina free. At 1 year's follow-up 18 of 28 distal anastomoses were patent and five of eight patients were angina free. At 45 month's follow-up four of 28 distal anastomoses were patent and one of eight patients was angina free.Entities:
