Risk ratios are adjusted for maternal age, parity, education, single marital status, race/ethnicity, smoking, body mass index, chronic hypertension, pregestational diabetes, and year of delivery.
Unadjusted and confounder-adjusted RR and 95% CI are based on multiple imputation analysis.
Bias-corrected RRs refer to multiple probabilistic bias-corrected risk ratios after simultaneous corrections for nondifferential exposure (infertility treatment) misclassification and unmeasured confounding biases.
