[Indications in angina pectoris--surgical therapy].

P Satter.

Abstract

Operation must be performed: in patients with postinfarction VSD or mitral insufficiency, with unstable angina and left mainstem stenosis, evolving infarction after PTCA. Operation should be performed: in patients with therapy resistant angina and 3 and 2-VD. Operation can be performed: if coronary angiography demonstrated localised diseases and poststenotic myocardial ischemia. Operation is contraindicated: in patients with endstage malignant diseases, acute infections and 4 h after onset of myocardial infarction?
