Abstract
We describe the management of a case of multidrug-resistant Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in a patient who had previously undergone photorefractive keratectomy and subsequent penetrating keratoplasty for Schnyder's crystalline corneal dystrophy. This pathogen is rare and, in this case, was multi-drug resistant.Entities:
