Abstract
BACKGROUND: Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Demographic differential has been linked with the treatment outcome and survival in recent literature, mostly from the developed world. Considering diversity in population characteristics across income strata, it's worth assessing the link in low- and middle-income population as well.
