Abstract
Autologous free tissue transfer is today an integral part of reconstructive plastic surgery, but still lacks generally accepted guidelines regarding antithrombotic agents. Data are presented as mean and SD for continues variables and percentage for categorical variables. All patients received postoperative LMWH for a week or until ambulation to prevent systemic venous thrombosis.
