Abstract
An indirect immunofluorescence microscopic technique using antibodies from rabbits against highly purified myosin from chicken gizzard was applied to various peripheral nerves (cranial nerves V. VII, X). Myosin-specific immunoreactivity was found in the axoplasm, in Schwann cells, in the perineural sheath and in vascular walls.Entities:
