Abstract
CONTEXT: Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist trigger mimics the natural surge more closely with both luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone surge. The present study attempts to find whether this apparent physiological advantage translates into the better pregnancy rate. AIMS: To compare the effect of GnRH agonist versus human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) trigger on the clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) in infertile women undergoing intrauterine insemination (IUI) with oral ovulogens.
