Abstract
Isolated intestinal mononuclear cells (IMNL) exhibit spontaneous cell-mediated cytotoxicity (SCMC) in one third of the cases. IMNL suppress the SCMC of peripheral blood lymphocytes. The suppression by IMNL of patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease is diminished.Entities:
